    You are probably old and lazier, just like me. But your not wrong. Targa tops can be a pain in a panic situation. C5 verts are manual and easy and quick to lower and raise. C6 are power but you need to be stopped to operate them. C7 I believe is the first generation that allowed vehicle...

    The horn problem could also be a bad ground to the steering column at the rag joint.

    C5 2003 vette fuel odor

    I have not experienced your issue, but it could be that the charcoal canister has been saturated with fuel from over filling the tanks when filling up, always stop after the first click.

    Help! Reindexing Windows

    When rolling the windows up and down, do not let off the switch for 10 seconds after full travel/window stopping. Repeat if it does not take.

    Lots of moons have passed since I worked on that vintage a vehicle, but I believe that is proper function. Can you post a picture of your HVAC control faceplate with all the modes and blower speeds?

    It sounds like the ground for your gauge assembly is missing, check all your wire connectors and pins on the gauge assembly.
