Anyone use this stuff in their vette? I have used it in a couple late model cars (jeeps and trucks) that had real small oil leaks and it seemed to slow/stop the leaks pretty good by conditioning the seals. Anyway, my new '70 L46 has a small oil leak that is so small, it isnt really worth...

My question is, how did you reach up over the tank with it still in the car. I have a '70 that I would like to do that to, but I was under the impression you had to drop the tank to get to it.

Also looks like there is a corvette logo on the flags hanging on the top picture. Bottom picture is too small for me to see, but I am guessing there is a corvette reference there as well.

Hmmm, I'll be interested to see what you list and/or get for it. I am not in the market for one, nor do I have one. I have read quite a bit that the LT4 as well as the LT5 (ZR-1) engines like to be driven regularly. I'm not sure how truthful this is, but there are quite a few posts about it...

Ok, I will pop off the valve covers sometime soon when its not 100 degrees here. I guess the consensus is that it isnt an original block, and I agree. So, how much money do you think it would take to get a 1970 350/350 corvette engine that I could put in there to make it a correct NOM #'s car?

I just talked to the previous owner....he said that he had owned it since 1996 and that he bought it from the original owner who was a girl that he worked with at the time. She bought it new as a leftover in 1971. He said that she had the engine rebuilt, but never replaced. With the stamp...

The engine in my car appears to have the same size "pad" that is pictured above. Is there any way possible that this is still an engine from 1970?
