    I just purchased an 85 $4350!!!!!

I remember seeing a blue vette, either 88 or 89 for sale by my house. I don't know how many miles, but it looked like it ran, it had the 88-89 style wheels that were painted blue to match the color of the car. All I saw was $2500 written on the window. That thing was gone like you wouldn't...

Best place to buy Replacement top.

well if it is a glass top- these are the two cheapest places I can find and most will require a core. Someone else will chime in if you need more info:upthumbs http://www.corvettecentral.com/ http://sunroofdoctor.com/ I have ordered stuff from Sunroof Doctor before and they seemed pretty good...

    ...the ORIGINAL C7

Who needs a front plate anyway? Knowing how fast that is, it would probably just fly off, so why bother? lol

    The Black Wheel Trend

Black wheels look nice if they have a machined lip or something to give it some contrast. All black does not really float my boat...:eyerole

Corvette to sport Chevy's gold bow-tie?

Yeah, I hope they leave the gold bowtie off, because like most people have said, the Corvette is special compared to the rest of the line up. To steal a qoute, "Why mess with something that looks fine just they way it is?" As far as this Camaro is concerned, I wonder why they did not leave that...

Some people just don't have a clue.

I have had a few people think that my 91 firebird looks like a C5- looking at it from the front from a distance. ;shrug Big difference there. ;LOL

The last 67 on speed channel

I watched the program and did they ever show or say what they did to fix the block where that piece broke off? I thought that they said they were going to weld it, but I never got to finish watching the whole thing. Think you guys could fill me in? Thanks.

    What Is This Part ??

What Lanny said that is the diverter valve. If you feel like getting a new unit I found that Advance auto has one for little under $100. http://www.partsamerica.com/ProductDetail.aspx?mfrcode=BOR&mfrpartnumber=EC5014&parttype=1221&ptset=A Hope this helps.

    Polo Green with "other" rims?

I have seen these wheels on a 94 or something and they looked pretty nice. http://www.discounttiredirect.com/direct/findWheelDetail.do?yr=1994&wd=17&c=1&pc=55765&rw=9&bp=5-120.6&vid=005922 I see a lot of the chromed ZR-1 wheels on a lot of C4's also. If you were thinking about painting your...

    Tail lights w/ foggy lens

Another option I have tried in addition to using plastic polish is wet sanding the lenses and giving them a shot of clear coat. I usually use a fine sand paper like 600 or above. After sanding just give it like 1 or 2 light coats of clear coat out of the can and they will look like brand new. It...

    1994 or 1995 6 Speed Corvette???

I if I remember correctly, the A/C in 95 was using R-134a in the system where as 94 was the last year for the R-12 refrigerant. It seems to me that the 134 seems a little colder than the R12, but that's just my opinion. The 95 also has different fenders in the front as far as appearance would...

    C6 Limo

The title doesn't lie, I am pretty sure I saw a C6 limo today. I know it was super stretch Corvette limo for sure and it sounded nice. We had a cruise of Camaro's and Firebirds at a Burger King off of Rt. 30 in Dyer Indiana I think right by Park Ridge plaza. I caught a glimpse of it heading East...

    Anyone ever claybar their Vette??

I used the Mothers brand clay bar kit on my firebird and it turned out really nice. After I had washed my car I hit the whole thing with the clay bar, polish, seal, and carnuba wax. The paint had a really nice deep shine(black) and the surface was as smooth as glass. I only did one section at a...

    C4 Headers

The best headers you would want are TPIS Ceramic Coated Headers because they are long tube and also include the Y-pipe. The only thing is that these do not have the emissions hook ups. You can find these at Corvette Central Online. Your other option is Hooker Super comp headers that are also...
