Thanks Thansk for the ifo. Iwas able to but the part at the dealers for $29.00 and replace it within 15 mins. It took care of the proublem.

On my way home tonight my ck. eng. light came on. When I pulled the code It says it s AIR System bank 1. Code is P1415. Can anyone tell me what I should be looking for? Thanks for any help.

You might want to ck. the outside air temp reading. If the sender goes bad and reads the temp as too cold it will not alow the A/C to come on and the light will blink.

I agree with VETTEX2. I just bought a A/C control from Gene two weeks ago. The price was $150.00 and he shipped it to me the next day. Great Guy to buy from.

Well GM has done it again. I have a 2000 with A/T and just talked with them about the recall for the steering lock. I have had the problem with the lock and when I asked about the recall all they say is that my car is not part of the recall. The Rep. then told me just to get it fixed and pay...

I also was able to get my 2000 to unlock that way. It locked up one day last Sept. and the dealer would not fix it. I held to as far clockwise as I could after rocking it side to side hard and then turn the key on and it unlocked. I did not have anymore trouble with it since then, but I am glad...

I have had both senders replaced 4 times in the last 3 years. They last from 1 to 6 Mos. and then go out. I have tried Shell, Exon, and Chevron no help. At this time my car is acting up again, but now the warr is out.
