I have a 2015 C-7, non Z06, non Z51. Should the oil be changed at 500 miles? Will GM pay for that 500 mile oil change on a non Z06, non Z51 car? Thanls! Tom

Pull Down For Hatch, C-7 Thanks! For Fathers' Day my daughter and son-in law gave me that book....and a Corvette t-shirt. I read it cover to cover. Very interesting! Thanks again. Tom

I believe the 2015 C-7 Coupe does not have a hatch pull down. I also believe the 2016 does. I think I read an article that the 2015, and maybe the 2014, have a different technology to relieve cabin air pressure when closing the hatch. That makes it easier to close the hatch. Can't remember...

I was watching Jay Lenos Garage, Pebble Beach. Jay puts the key FOB into the steering column, maybe the dash, then pushes the push button on the dash to start the car. Is this something new. On a C-6 it was only necessary that the FOB was nearby, proximity. If this is a change for the C-7...

I'm pretty sure a 1953 Chevy passenger car had a closed driveshaft or torque tube. I believe a 1953 Corvette had an open driveshaft. I believe the engines and rears on both passenger car and Corvette were pretty similar. Why didn't Chevy use the torque tube on the Corvette? Were the open...
