The door switches are auto-adjusting- they only adjust INward, however. You have 2 options: 1) Tape a washer to the door to push the switch in. 2) Replace the switch (I belive the driveres side is a 'two-pin' switch. Needless to say, Option 1 is a whole lot easier.

Unfortunately there aren't any mechanics that know and love the Crossfire. (That work on other peoples cars anyway). Crossfire Forum is where you can get help on fixing it yourself. Check back at your other post for the most liekly causes of your dilemma.

I had the exact same problem. Solutions: 1. Install an 85 fuel pump. The 84 pump is merely adequate, and when it's not, fuel stalls in the lines and it indeed will vapor lock. Do this FIRST. 2. Replace the fan switch in the RH head with a 'Standard' Brand TS-217. This will get the fan running...

Unlock the door with the key. If your horn doesn't work- The clicking is the horn relay. You can confirm this by holding the horn button down, the clicking should stop.

Connect a 'Disable relay' that has a coil grounded through the cig lighter. push the lighter in to apply the 'disable'. Theives will lose some hair figurin that one out.

Nail down all vacuum leaks, ensure the TPS voltage is rock steady, then tweak the EGR valve and be sure it is sealing at idle.
