A couple good coats of Zaino or your favorite wax/sealant is probably the best thing if you do not want to use a bra. I highly recommend a GM bra if you decide to go that route, they go on and off easy and are reletively cheap (under 100 bucks).
Wow, 17g's, I am sure it is nice but that is alot of money. Makes the VE (Ken King) seats seem like a deal. I would love to see one done with the door panels etc, must be sharp looking. Carvaggio has some nice interiors also. Thanks.
Is it hard to replace the rubber trim around FRC rear window? When the dealer prepped my Z06 they burnt it with a buffer in a spot. It took me a few weeks before I even noticed it and if I didn't tell you you probably wouldn't see it but it bugs me. I also have some of the stuff they prep the...
Do they sell rug kits. Some good wool rugs would be a nice upgrade for my Z06 if they made them. The leather on my seats is also screaming to be upgraded. My guess is they probably only have C4 stuff since that is what they modified the most.
I prefer Zaino Fusion for use by hand, it also works well with a PC and a Rotary. Menzerna and Poorboys also makes some good polishes but Zaino has become my favorite recently.
If you want your paint to look awesome pick up a Porter Cable 7336sp from lowes for 99 bucks and a backing plate and some 6" Lake country pads from www.properautocare.com. Then get some Zaino Fusion (ZPC) and some Z2 Pro, ZFX etc etc from www.zainostore.com and polish your paint using the PC...
I would try a product like Zaino Fusion. If you have a Porter Cable ROB use it with a polishing pad and your speed set at 4.5 to 5.5. The reason I like Zaino Fusion (ZPC) so much is because it works so well by hand, PC and Rotary. Menzerna (IP and FPII) and Poorboys (2.5 and 1) are also...
Zaino is the best.
Trying different waxes and sealants is a hobby of mine and to date I have not found anything that looks as good or last as long as Zaino. It is an awesome product and Sal is improving it all the time.
Sal continues to impress me with his new products. I cannot say how impressed I was with his Z2 Pro when it was released, and now he does it again with his new Z8 Grand Finale Spray Seal.
I sprayed my MB C320 with Z8 last week after washing it and was really impressed with how slick it was...
Go to lowes and get the PC 7336 for 99 bucks. You can then go to www.properautocare.com and get a velcro backing plate and foam pads. I would also order some Menzerna Polishes (Intense Polish and Final Polish II) since they work great with the PC. The is also some great directions on how to use...
I have heard nothing good about it. I have heard alot about QEW Protect All Quick Easy Wash which allows you to wash your car with less than 1 gallon of water. The people on www.autopia.com rave about it but I have not tried it myself.
Zaino Z2 PRO has been released. Somebody must have told Sal how anal/meticulous I am because Sal had selected me a few months ago to do some beta testing for him. Just when you think it can't get any better, it does. For all the people that complained about drying time or Zaino being finicky you...
For a black car I would use nothing but Zaino. I have tried NXT and it did not look half as good and did not last very long at all. NXT also has cleaners and abrasives and cannot be layered. Last time I used Liquid Glass it had cleaners and abrasives in it and any product that has any...
