    C-6 wheels

    I guess mine is too new, because I'm chicken to wax the wheels right now. They look great!!!! Anyway, if you decide to wax them, make sure there is no petroleoum products in the wax. I used Meguir's NXT on my C5 rims.

    Yep, windex (or the similar) is good. In fact, when I picked mine up last week, the detail guy at the detailer told me to use windex and a soft cloth on the wheels.

    Test Driving a C6 NOT Allowed at Dealer?

    Here in NJ, I've had no problem test driving a C6. Both my local dealers will gladly hand you the keys for a terst drive. The service manager from the local dealer who sponsors our Vette club, showed up with a C6 Z06 for us to drive!!!! WOW!!!!!:_rock What a kick in the pants that car is!!!!!!!

    Porter Cable Buffer - First for me!

    A buddy of mine was at the local home improvement store and called me to let me know they had the PC orbital buffer/sander with variable speed for $70.00. I asked him to pick one up and he did. I've noticed them in the catalogs for $230.00 bucks!!!! Heck, that's a bargain if I never use it!!! :L

    Installed Silverstar headlights

    Ditto the above when I did mine. Just removed the black surrounds and installed bulbs. Took me about 30 minutes to all 4 bulbs. Small hands is definetly an asset when doing this job!!!
