That's a Great Shot Tammy! :upthumbs
I'm at a definate disadvantage. My Florida fall shots look like my Florida winter shots, look like my Fl spring....
Could be worse I guess. Could be Seattle where the only thing you would see through the fog would be the running lights. ;LOL

Earlier in the year, I purchased a gallon of Meguiar's Gold Class Car Wash Shampoo & Conditioner. The stuff suds like crazy, which was the hot button that compelled me to purchase it.
As the summer progressed, I noticed I was getting less and less suds. I ultimately sent an email to Meguiar's...
I'll go with the WOW!
One thing to check with the lights is that they have a way to "breath" and don't get condensation build up inside. The other thing is what the backs of the lights look like when the hood is up.
I've seen several applications where the wiring is left exposed, but I've...
Somewhere in this Detailing Forum there was a thread about "an amazing product" ~ or something to that effect. It turned out to be RejeX. I did a little PMing then purchased a bottle, stripped the Meguiar's NXT wax off the Vette and applied 2 coats of RejeX. I also put it on the wheels and...
Use RejeX. You may not find it locally b4 you go but once you’ve tried Rejex you won’t go back to waxes.

Here is a link for FL and other state distributors.

You aren't far off Junk. Clearwater is N of Largo and you are REALLY right about the rednecks in Yeehaw!
As for snow, we lived in St Pete in 1986 and actually saw snow fluries during the Christmas holidays! :D

Here is a response to a note I sent to Meguiar’s.
Perhaps I should have known to keep the product in the house, but there is nothing on the label that indicates storage conditions other than a “do not freeze” statement.
Washing liquid isn't that expensive but the NXT wax is something I...
Obviously, be careful what ever you do. I have a small spot about the size of a pencil erasure on the hood that looks like a simple water stain at best or a sap stain at worst. At anyrate it is into the clear coat.
I've taken the car to a detailer and have had some other people try to posish...
Thanks Pete. Now I understand the whole equation. I am not quite that mechanically inclined so any brake job on mine would have to be done by GM or maybe Goodyear (?) and that looks like it would cost a bundle!
Like I mentioned above, I’ve had to replace the brakes on the Blazer a couple of...
Pete -
Thanks for the info. No sqeeling, pulling to either side, or other symptoms in the brake peddle. However, I’ve had to do brakes on my Blazer fairly frequently it seems and want to be ahead of the game with the Vette.
Question – Why do you have to replace the rotor? Seems that would...
Could someone please tell me how to inspect my brakes to see if anything needs to be replaced?
What do I look at and what are the indications?
Thanks
Tom
Randy, I must have had a jillion coats of Mequire's NXT on mine but I took the risk and have been really happy that I did.
Meguires is excellent don't get me wrong but the shine I have from RejeX seems deeper, not to mention that it is incredibly easier to apply and buff off. In addition to...
