    Okay lets try again,,90 c68 a/c. will set a/c at any temp,say 65.will jump to 75 ,and blow hot air. have changed out the dash head unit know good. Changed out the vacuum control module .same thing .Changed all vacuum lines ...they needed it.also changed the check valve at the rear of motor...

    had the same trouble on my 90.look carefully at the fuel lines that come up the front of the motor.i had a slight drip where the lines go into the fuel rail.

    looking for 90 a/c module .this one is under passenger side up near the firewall.has an eletrical plug and approx.six vacum line .

    Have not found this problem in the search so here goes.have automatic climate controle.set a/c to anything below ambent temp.blows fine sometimes allday most times only for a few seconds.will jump to 75 and blower will set to zero. no codes on the head unit.swapped it out with a known good one...

    had same thing happen to me about a year ago.ruined the tire,when i was breaking it down ,found a screwdriver went through the tire and into the rim.lucky i was able to weld it up .....90 wheels are hard to find

    wish i could send you a picture of what i mean. thanks fo the response but the line mean is on top of the motorpassed the point where they thread together.it`s going into the fuel rail that i am questioning.

    have the plenum off,question is,there are two fuel linesoff the front of the moter.lines are pre -fab together.i guess i have to remove the one going to the fuel regulter and then they both pull off.factory manual is no help..

    just noticed a fuel leak on my 90.it`s leaking at the fuel rail where the fuel line goes into the fuel rail.might be an o- ring? question...how does the line come apart? do i have to undo both fuel in and return lines all the way back to the regulater? i am sure somebody has had this apart...

    blower motor?

    just unplug the blower motor, and put a test light on it or a volt meter,that will tell you if there is voltage .if not start checking fuses.if you have juice then pull the blower.

    gotta tell just cleaned mine out.15 years of dirt and crap.that solved my weak air flow problem. never though it would be the simple cure,thought the mixiing doors were screwed up.a/c works great now...

    Removing Heads (86 AL)

    well, it might not be by the book,but I have run into a few that the owner load with sealer. hook up the battery and crank the starter in short bursts.would be wise to pull the fuel pump fuse.
