I would like your input. Has anyone ever changed to regular high performance tires and discontinued the use of the runflats. If so, what brand? What happens with the sensors? Do you care around a can of "goop" to use until you can get to a tire store. Does that stuff really work?

Just got a used "99" coupe, with 25,000 miles. Not to happy with having to replace pads and maybe the rotors. Should I use the "ceramic" or dual (something) metallic? Need your help and any other suggestions.
