lower valance I'm getting ready to change my lower "cracked" valance panel too , but i'm not putting back on the spoiler , that's the reason it cracked anyway slow or not the scraping put's stress on the fiberglass and over the years stress leads to "cracking" just like in people!!!

dim lights yes, like most other cars if you turn it gets brighter , it is all the way turned still dim , always was , are there small bulbs behind there? also the center cluster is dim too , both area's are evenly dim too..:eyerole
