The seat belt retractor on my recently purchased 2008 convertible will not allow me any movement. No matter how slowly I try to pull it out, it will not allow any slack unless I unhook the belt and let it fully retract. It's very uncomfortable and annoying. Before I take it to the Chevy dealer, does anyone have any suggestions?
