:confusedQuestion for C2 1963 Corvette Sting Ray experts.
Did St Louis build RPOL76&RPOM15 at any time during the 1963 Corvette model year?
Chevrolet stated that the base three speed transmission was standard for 1963, but I thought customer's had to buy RPOM20 4-speed transmissions with the two high horse mecanical lifter engine's.
The reason I'm asking: Someone has or had 1963 Corvette for sale on ebay.
Person claim's number matching 327CI 340HP with three speed manual transmission.
If you are unsure, have you ever seen documented 1963 Corvette with 340HP engine and three speed transmission?

All four 1963 engines were available with the 3-speed transmission - it was standard equipment unless the optional M-20 4-speed transmission was ordered.

There was no such thing as RPO M15; the 3-speed was standard equipment, and didn't carry an RPO number.
