1987 IHI Turbo's

All... I need some help and fast!! My turbos are off my car and at a very reputable shop here in Indy for rebuild. The right side can be rebuilt no problem as the rebuild kits are readily available. The big problem comes in the left side one. The left side one has some big problems. They need a cartridge center section and cannot find it anywhere. He thinks it may be unobtainium. Anyone know where I can get this part? Callaway has NOS turbos in house but not parts. I don't want to buy a whole new turbo.

Anyone have a left side IHI turbo for sale?

PLEASE HELP A BROTHER OUT!!!

The center sections from each turbo should be the same. I may have a used IHI if you still need one.
