DOSE ANYBODY KNOW IF...

1988 VETTE RIMS FIT ON MY 1980 VETTE?
ALSO IS THE OFFSET THE SAME AS THE ORIGINAL RIMS

AND WHERE DO YOU LOCATE THE RPO CODE NUMBERS ON A 1971 VETTE AND ON A 1980 VETTE ?

You will need adaptors to go from 1980 to 1988

I believe you could get the 87's on down to fit.

Offset's, dunno? Good bet their different.

RPO numbers... there is a sticker on top of the gas tank..( If it still there ).

Or join the National Corvette Museum, give em your vin # and some $$$$$
They will send you a copy of the orig sales stuff.

The more $$$$ you send the more info you get.

The adaptors adjust the offset. Believe that 17" is as large as you can go with std vette wheels. Can probably get something bigger in the speciality market.
