Help! 1991 Electronic Climate Control Problem

The climate control on my 1991 hangs up. Resetting it according to the owner’s manual by removing the radio and courtesy fuses for 1 minute resumes normal operation. However, after pressing a Climate Control button or 2 it hangs up again. Any ideas

same problem on my 93

I had the same problem, try taking th actual module out of the dash and use rubbing alcohol to clean the connectors throughout the whole module. The module should come apart with about 6 small screw. It seems like corrosion gets on the connectors. Worked like a charm for me. Use q-tips and rubbing alcohol.

What happens with the green light?
Does it switch to off, or does it start to flash?
