1995 will not start

Have a 1995 LT1 will not start. If I spray fuel into TB it starts and runs till fuel is gone. New injectors , New fuel pump 44 lbs pressure while cranking. Noid light flashes. New injectors spray with 9v battery and jumper wire. The DIC only sees CCM , it does not see PCM or brake module. It goes from module 1 ccm to module 7 and a 1995 has no module 7. Sent PCM to my son and it started his 1994 right up. Have tried 2 New opti sparks. Something is preventing the fuel injectors from spraying. Does anyone know if FEDS is killing injectors will noid light still flash? The fact the DIC can't see the pcm ot brake modules could be the no start problem. It does not make sense. If anyone has any ideas please share , thank you.
