2-Tone DSOM C6 (questionable repair color match to original)

I had a scratch on the right rear quarter panel (sure would like to know how it got there!) and had it fixed. The Chevy dealer body shop painted it a slightly darker shade and it's definitely noticeable (Carter Chevrolet, Manchester, CT). How closely can I expect a Chevy body shop to match the original color? Should it be so close a match that it is not noticeable at all? What's a reasonable remedy for the dealer to provide me, redo the job at no cost? I'm just concerned they'll say it's close enough and that's all I can expect, or that's the color that Chevy provides and there's nothing they can do about it.

If it's definitely noticeable as you say, take it back. Especially when your car is a 2005 and the sun and environment haven't had time to change the colour due to aging.
