2005 C-6 Corvette Coupe cigarette lighter fuse location?

Where is the fuse to this located? Per manual it is not mentioned. Is it one of the J-fuses?
Is this fuse box located in the engine compartment or in the passenger footwell?

Found it and the cigarette lighter fuse and the fuse is fine...not blown so I must suspect that dealership forgot to hook cigarette lighter back up when they installed re-conditioned head unit.:ugh
