2009 Corvette Price Increase

GM announced yesterday that there will be a price increase on all 2009 Corvettes. This price will effect any Corvette that is not already in dealer stock.

This price increase is $1,520 across the board.

Below are the new base prices before destination:

Coupe - $48,565
Convertible - $53,220
Z06 - $73,925
ZR1 - $103,970

amazing isn't it, I paid 74+ for my 06. hadda have it though ! I sure others have paid more than that. i 've had 9 corvettes thru the years, always driven by HP, I'm at the end after all these years, zr1 way out of my reach !

GM's response to slowing sales is to raise prices. Go figure.:Silly:Silly:Silly. Now I'm really wondering if we should bail them out with the management they have now. This is screwy.
