Although Forte's sells different shifters for different applications, the closest fit for a stock C2 console is a piece made originally for 5.0 Rustang. I'm currently designing a shifter that will work with stock hole and look 100% stock when done.

Talk to Mike, he's the guy who know all the stuff. The shifter I'm making will be all aluminum construction, it's just all about getting it aligned so that it'll stick out from the stock location. I'lll let you know once we have made some progress with it.
