1967 red/red roadster 327/350hp
I have a Red/Red roadster, 327/350hp. I acquired the car almost 20 years ago. It's last 5 digits of the VIN# are 00071. It's an AO Smith #38. My question....does anyone know how many, "first 100" cars are left. Is there any added value or marketibility for this unusual VIN number? I don't think it's a big deal, but I have to ask. (yes, i've thought about a car that was 4 earlier...a 67th, 67).

welcome to CAC!!!
enjoy!!!
no I don't know...

Welcome aboard! Like Bill, I don't know if there is any added value. But 67's are pretty good property anyway. Enjoy the car.:w

If the VIN was under 15 or so, it might have some more intrinsic value (to some people) as a probable Pilot Car, but at #71 it's simply a '67 built the first day of '67 production. Nobody knows how many of the first 100 cars are still out there.

Built on the first day may mean something special to some people. :w
Certainly lower number than the 67 numbered 5051 that I owned.
Enjoy your car and good luck.
