After all these years my ol' 75 finally took her first breath last nite she now has a NOM but correct casting numbers 75 vette motor. she came to me with a old ratted out 327 out of god knows what . I am taking my time to run the wires as original and replace the shielding. its a pain however it should enhance the look of the engine bay. Anyone have any comments on putting back the shielding ? I got a extra bonus as the UPS guy delievered my new glass tops from astro tops. man those are the $hit. they look great ! and fit well too , after adjusting them of course. I will post some pix soon too.... thanks for listening

I just got my 75 convertible and am slowly learning all the tricks to getting her in shape. She only has 40 k but was put in storage for many years and surface rust is a problem. The paint on the fiberglass is still very shiny but the nose and tail caps are faded. She is going to the paint shop tomorrow and having both caps redone. It is going to be a beautiful weekend here in Louisiana and my wife is giving me he77 because she can't use it to scoot around in. I am also getting the new top put on while it is in the shop. Can't wait to see it all spruced up
