i found a capacitor on the fuse panel, is that what u are looking for?

No, that is not it. The tach filter is mounted on the intake manifold, on the driver's side, just under the carb, toward the rear of the manifold. It has two wires in total, with each one coming out of each end of the silver filter canister. One end clips into the TACH connector on the distributor cap and the other end clips into a matching clip from the wire harness. This is all located under the hood, in the engine comparment. I need the seat belt warning buzzer unit. It plugs into the right side of the fuse block and has a small pig tail on it that also plugs into the fuse block.
