82 Crossfire - passenger throttle body dumping gas when key turned on

Poor old Corvette has been sitting for several months, had to have it towed to mechanic. Current status is the passenger side throttle body is dumping gas as soon as the key is turned ON (not even starting the car). He has put kits in both throttle bodies, even swapped them - same behavior. Have replaced the ECM - same. He did find that mice had damaged some wires around the console which he has repaired. HELP !?!?! - any and all suggestions would be great!

Sounds like the pressure regulator diaphragm on the passenger side TB is shot.

You'll need a rebuild kit for that- they are about $65 or so.
