Question: 84 Transmission and overdrive unit fluids

I own an 84 Corvette with the 4+3 manual transmission. Can anyone tell me what fluid I use in the transmission, 80-90 ?, and from my research the overdrive unit uses automatic transmission fluid. Is this correct and if so what fluid do I use. Thank you in advance, Ron

I use Amsoil 75/90 in the manual and Dextron II in the overdrive. They say not to run synthetic in the overdrive.
