Hi All,
Question, what is the thread size of the studs holding the seat frame to the floor of an 85 if anyone can tell me. I have tried, one quarter coarse, 6 mm, five steenths, coarse and fine, 8mm x 1mm and 1.25 these all thread on about half a thread then stop. I am able to thread on a 9mm by 1mm die, all the way, but it is sloppy as can be but will screw on. I cant find the original nuts at all. Anyone can help I would sure appreciate it. Presently, I am almost thinking that the studs have damage on them, but I cant see any. What say yee?
