87 convertible seat removal

I am trying to remove my seats so I can have new seat covers installed only I have ran into a problem. The electric seats do not move forward or back like the motor is not working and there are all the way back. So how do I get to the back 2 bolts to remove them and suggestions would be appreciated

WHY DO YOU HAVE TO REMOVE THE SEAT BRACKETS? WHAT KIND OF SEAT COVERS ARE YOU USING? EITHER WAY I BELIEVE YOU JUST NEED TO REMOVE THE SEATS. THE BRACKETS REMAIN IN THE CAR. WHEN I DID MINE I JUST REMOVED THE SEATS AND DIDN'T TOUCH THE BRACKETS.

I didn't need to remove the entire seat when I had the cusioncovers repaired. I only unclipped the cushions and backs, had the work done and re-clipped them back in place. If it's only the coverings you're dealing with you may want to consider this.
The left and right are interchangeable and I had the pass side done first, then put them in the driver side and took the old driver side to the shop. I had only the vette at the time and otherwise I'd have had to rent a car to use while all was at the shop.
