Help! 87 gas leak under plenum

Anyone had leaks there? Starts unusually hard, runs fine for a few seconds, hear a "pop" and gas looks like leaking from somewhere near pressure regulator. Anyone have any ideas before I get out the wrenches? Hard to see under there. thanks for any suggestions.

Ahh, the pressure regulator... it IS your leak!!

I hope it is that simple. Key on, system pressurized, no leak - engine running - leaks. Am going to look at it later.

The regulator needsvacuum to operate that's why it leaks when it's running.

87 fuel leak

Upon closer examination, it appears to be a bad O ring on #7 injector. Had it running watchting a dribble of fuel, wiggled the injector and there it was. good time to clean the throttle body and plenum.
