Help! '92 Convertable Retractable Antenna

My retractable antenna will go up upon starting the car but will not retract when turning it off. Can it be repaired or will it need to be replaced and can you purchase replacement from GM or do you have to purchase after market?

There are replacement antenna available through several Corvette places. A quick lookup on Mid-America gave me this part:

Power Antenna Replacement Mast, 1988-1992 From Mid America Motorworks

As I recall, I had to replace the one on my ex-92 Vette also and used a part like this.
