95 Air Conditioning problem

Buttons seem to be working intermittently. Could contacts be dirty? What controls air to vents vs floor vs defogger?

You have either a cracked line,bad vacuum valve under the right fuel rail cover,bad AC programmer or the vacuum lines are leaking at the programmer,Common problems on C4's!!
