A-arm removal

I'm doing the a-arms, instaling poly bushings and maybe clean up and paint them.
Some sources I read tell me that you have to remove radiator shroud, hoses, and maybe move alternator to get the upper ones out.
To me it looks like I can just remove the nuts and bolts from the control arm shaft, and lift them right off...?
Have I missed something??
 
The rad. shroud and the alt. will have to come off to torque the nuts back up when you're done. No sense fighting past the stuff if they've got to come off later.
 
I did the whole front suspension including the A-arms on my '74 without taking out the radiator, shroud, or alternator.
