A/C Acumalator Hose

Well started the winter fix it on the vette glad to say that all I have done so far has been accomplished from advice received from CAC members Thanks again. Now the problem while working under the hood I noticed two things one is I am missing a bolt out of the top of A/C Compressor and can't find a replacement. Also, the top hose to the A/C accumalator is rubbing on the hood I thought initially that someone had moved the accumalator itself and had not got it back into bracket far enough not so. How can I fix this without discharging A/C?

Cold Up here lots of time to work and just stare at vette.

Not sure I can make that work the Hose is pretty good size maybe 3/4-1" not much movement in it. But willing to give anything a try.
