Quick background, I have a 1986 Vette that came from California and now is in Nebraska. It has 127,000 miles and I have the heads off and will be doing a valve job, new 1.6 roller rockers, beehive springs, and other repairs. What I am doing is deleting the A.I.R. air pump and have a pump delete pulley. My question: Does anyone have a diagram, or know of a website that shows the best way to run the remaining vacumn lines and capping the air lines to the exhaust manifolds and cat. Eventually, I will change out the converters with new, high flow cats but would prefer to keep the stock exhaust manifolds. I have had headers in the past on my 77 Vette and had nothing but problems. Any other suggestions or hints would be helpful and I would grateful for hearing of the experiences of others. The car is a warm weather weekend cruiser only and is in great shape.

Thanks!
Ken

My experience with headers dictates ONLY hot-coated ones, which eliminates almost all of the problems I had. :w
