Question: AC/heater core box

Hello all,
I have opened the heater box on my 78 to replace the heater core and found the seal on one of doors is rotton. The door diverts the air to the floor or front vents. This is a rubber seal that goes all around the door. I cannot find anyone who sells it, any help what I should do?

It might be part of the AC box rebuild kit most of the vendors sell.

Yes, I would have thought so too but I purchased the kit form Corvette Central, but just had the seals for the ducts and box to firewall not the doors themselves. 78 Shark
