Where can I find adapter or spacers or whatever I need to correct the off-set of the new C-5 wheels on my '85 Corvette? Also, how thick or how far do I need to come out? I want the tires to come to the edge of the wheel-well and fill it up.

Thank you,

Put a straight edge across the back of the wheel and measure to the face where it bolts on = Backspacing.
Difference is what you need in adapters

thanks

Thank you vetteoz. I am looking for the adapters - hope they don't cost too much.

how do these adapters work ? Do you have to put on extended lug nuts or studs ?

Your not moving the tires out 1\2 to 3\4 of an inch and just bolting the wheels on are you ? :W

I couldn't imagine more than 5 or 6 threads from each nut would be holding the wheel on !

Am I missing something here ? ;shrug

Use adaptors, not spacers. Mid-America, Ecklers, etc. should have the adaptors you need.

thanks

Thank you Zum Zum, thats what I needed to know. BTW, your new paint job is killer. Your car looks knockout with those wheels.
