I wasn't sure where else to put this...(Add it to an existing thread or what forum discussion header to put it under?) I chose to put it under it's own thread and in the "General Restoration Forums"...obviously. ;)

Anyways, to the "meat" of the subject! I finally went to 67Heaven's web pages: www.67heaven.com and all I can say is :BOW !!!! WOW!! I am truly amazed to the detail and description over the entire project!! It's nearly layed-out as a "how-to" guild! Truly awsome! :_rock

yep, that's pretty much how a lot of us in the C1/C2 forum feel also :)

Bob has done an amazing job on that car and I envy everyone on Cruisefest who is going to get to see it. I can't wait to meet Bob and see Heaven myself at Carlisle in Aug. That really is a dream car he built.

His site was all the "push" I needed to repaint my front bumper. MYSELF!!!!!!!!!!:ugh

Truly a master at work...

Anyone who has the opportunity to get to Carlisle should go just to see Bob's car and to meet him. Although we are both administrators I had never met Bob until he was rolling up my driveway last Thursday morning in 67Heaven. What a sight. (the car, not Bob :L)

Bossvette and I traveled the whole way from nw Ohio to BG and back in the company of Bob and Doug (Z28Canuck). They are a class act and I'm proud to list them as good friends. Riding in 67Heaven was one of the highlighs of the weekend. I really missed my '67 427 coupe after that ride.

Len,
I know the feeling. I was inspired to actually go out and turn the engine over by hand in the '59 yesterday. That's the first time that crank has moved in 22 years and I'm glad to report that it wasn't even slightly sticking. It acted like I just parked it yesterday. Next step is fresh gas and ignition.

Thx 4 HeadsUp

Dammit. Now I miss both my '63 split AND the '71 LS-6 w/Hooker sides at the same time. Guess I'll go for a drive in the '84.................again.

That is one fantastic site and one fantastic Vette. 1967 WAS a primo year. :w
