Help! air intake

[yellow trouble]

1988 c4 looking to replace stock intake and air filter system. what do you suggest. K/N open filter,or SLP induction system,also change hard plastic tube to smooth tube and is it worth changeing the throttle body air flow, just replaced stock mufflers with corsa cat back system

Doubt your $$ will change the performance on a stock engine. Sorry.

There's plenty of words on the K/N, good and bad, on here. I run a stock filter etc. on my non-stock fire breather. I am one of the few non K/N fans ere, but have tried many, with no real change except to my wallet.

I suggest spending some time, combing thru old threads to find the best bang/buck and to sort out the hype.
