Anyone ever use Amsoil synthetic 5 w 30 manual transmission oil in their ZF 6 speed? If so, how do you like it? It's a lot easier for me to find than the GM or BMW - Castrol stuff.

It made my C5 6 speed and my TKO 5 speed shift better

The GM transmission fluid can be purchased at your nearest GM dealer. If they dont have it in stock, I'm sure they can get it in a day or so.

I have been using Amsoil products since 1975. I would not hesitate using any of their oils.

I have the BMW oil in my ZF-6. I did not realize they had the manual transmission oil when I changed mine. Otherwise I would be using it.

Amsoil is so much easier to obtain than the BMW stuff, not to mention so much cheaper.
