Finished my wife's 93 early this month she has been driving it everywhere. Today is the first chance I've had to really check eveything over.
Here's the question/problem; The analog gauges for water temp and oil temp are off by at least 100 degrees, digitals appear to be correct. Around 208 for water and 203 for oil. Voltage and oil pressure gauges also appear correct.

Anyone experience the same problem, anyone know the fix?

I believe that the rule of thumb on these cars is trust the digital gauge and ignore the analog (very generalized statement), but the digital is usually more accurate. My 94's gauges were also different, nit by as much as yours, but different..

The analog gauges in the late C4 instrument cluster are highly inaccurate and should be used to watch trends and not get actual measurements.

As the others have mentioned the analog and digital gauge readings do not match, the statement below is from page 102 of the 93 owners manual.

Gauge Markings
The analog gauges provide a quick visual
reference to the actual measurements of
these gauges. However, they are nonlinear,
which means that the middle
hash marks on the analog gauges do not
represent median measurements for
these gauges.
For accurate gauge measurements refer
to the GAUGES button .on the Trip
Monitor (see the Index under Trip
Monitor).
