anti drain back oil filter

I was told these are the way to go for a 1990 L98. Any thoughts? If so who has them.

So far as I know, the usefulness for this filter feature is when the filter is attached "upside down" to the engine block.

I don't think any Vettes are made that way (maybe LT5?)

It won't hurt anything though.

My choice is acdelco, but it's your car.

Yep Upside down or on it's side, I think all 350s are upright.
Many of the AC Delco filters are now being made with the backcheck under diff. numbers.
