Oops! Title should be on '95 not '05.
I no longer get heat and AC is getting poor also. After spending a small fortune at the local Chevy dealership I've isolated the problem to the door not opening in the duct. I have the automatic climate control and the codes say the door is commanded to be fully open but shows the door is half way open. I've got the shop manuals but they don't really show how to get to the door. Any help would be greatly appreciated, especially a good picture or two.
