HELP !! anyone changed there clutch or flywheel duel mass

Ok I know someone has already done this my clutch was slipping so I pulled the trans not easy to say the leist.How are you supposed to get the trackbar off the manuel says move it to the right and then down well it will not fit with a lot of pricing I finaly got the trans out but putting it back in is another manner I am also changing the flywheel and it says to line up the marks on the flywheel What marks ? The new preasure plate is marked with paint ! what about the flywheel ? I have pulled alot of transmissions in my days but this thing will make you lose your sanity.Any help would be greatly apriciated

Are you putting a new DMFW back on??
The flywheel bolts are offset, so you can only put it on one way!! If your flywheel is new, you will have to either have it balanced like the one you took off or just put the weights in where they were on the old flywheel.
