Anyone installed rear splash guards?

I have 305/30x19 tires on the rear of my Z06. I was wondering if anyone has installed splash guards similiar to the C6 Z06 on their C5? East Coast Corvette's has the guards selling for $120 w/ $39 for shipping (kind of high if you ask me) and they advertise that they can be installed on a stock Corvette (but they don't specify C5 or C6) with a little work.

Hey Bud, I saw the pics of the mud guards causing the damage but the mud guards that I'm thinking of getting sit flush with the lower part of the rear wheel opening and shouldn't....and I said shouldn't....catch a curb or anything else. I am not looking for a mud guard that "hangs down" below that point. I see what you mean though.
