In a previous thread I tried to find a source for original replacement coil springs for a '71 and never had any luck. I finally got a pair of NOS GM springs #14003398 and am hesitant to install until I find the application and spring rate. They are rumored to be 1982---but my books stop in 1976. Does anyone know exactly what this spring is? Directions to the right catalog, book, or website would be appreciated. TIA

the part # you have was used in 80-82 standard suspensions (0-780)i dont know about earlier years my book is only for 80-82,sorry
