Thanks Bob. This is my backup
. Just a little humour but you would not believe how rare that model with Goodwood Green, black stinger, and saddle interior is (my car). I looked for this one for two years and it cost me!

Tom I agree, I don't think most of the cars on E-bay are really for sale. They put a ridiculous price on them and if some one is dumb enough to pay it good deal for the seller.I am looking for a nice # matching coupe for a reasonable price, and it just isn't happening.
I think most of the cars posted on e-bay are a joke. 99% never reach the reserve, which is rediculous. I definately would check one out before I paid for it.[/quote
i agree some reserves are too high.drive your back roads with open eyes.i found a 1958 that i am working on now in the back of a four car garage cover
ed with ten years of boxes and crap.all i could see was one of the rear tail lights.so i stopped and asked if they would sell it,the husband said "over his dead body".so i left my company car and drove off.3 years later his wife called and asked if i still wanted the vette,so with my mouth drooling i said yes.bought
it for 12000.00 (no engine).so deals are out there!![]()
