What, besides your car, is your most treasured Callaway item??

If you are an enthusiast, do you have anything near & dear while you continue your search?

I think for me, my original tape or my B2K's lic. plate w/ Reeves' signature are up there - But the Celebrity Pick award from him @ Carlisle is the most meaningful :upthumbs

:m thanks

I can't say any are really meaningful to me. I have purchased tons of mags and memorbilia off of ebay. I like it all, but nothing overly special.

I did get an email from Reeves regarding the power my car is making. I kinda liked that.

Callaway treasures

That is a real hard one Chris I have so many Magazines and so many Callaway documents it is hard to say. Not to mention the Callaway press Kit that I have a beautiful leather portfolio with Callaway emboised pads and pen with Special Publicity photos . It is hard to say . But I think the most important item I have is from the DMV and it is A TITLE that has MY NAME on it !!! ALso the spare Callaway boost guage that reads in pounds instead of HGs. But I think the most treasured item I have is the memories of the meetings with fellow owners. A truly fun time is always had by all. Not to mention the THRILL while rocketing down the road with a line of Callaways that are ripping through the gears on a deserted highway . You guys know what I mean. \\

I just realized today that my Callaway Cars jacket retails for 150 from the factory. I bought it new on Ebay for $25 plus shipping. I think thats my new fav item. :L :L :L

The friendships that have developed over the years with the Callaway crew! From the Reevester on down.:beer

Oke, here is my reply and is almost similar to Tony's but no prob i think.

First of all i don't have a Callaway, only a shock load of picture's i got from Luigi :) And i'm very! glad with them!!

But most of all without knowing it, the most treasured item(s) are the people behind (or within) this forum! Everybody is always ready to help somebody els. Personaly i've had some great help from Josh! And Luigi also showed one guy from Holland in Fort L around just for the fun. Just great!
I'm hoping to meet Malcom in Germany on a meeting, without this (and other) forums that just wasn't possible. Just think, me in Holland talking to Malcom on the Callaway forum, got a link to a English forum and figured out they where going to Germany (just 400km from my place) but talked to Malcom on a forum on the other side of the world. THAT just blows my mind!! But i could go on and on with these examples.

It are the small and mostly the simple things i treasure the most that's for sure. The real Callaway will get here some day! :)

So thanks to everybody here!:upthumbs

Greetings Peter

Gee.. I must have missed the thread before. The high quality of the friends and enthusiasts are definitely the high point. You folks really come through!
