Best Cold Air Intake for C6

Looking to add a cold air intake to my new 2007 C6.

Whats the best bolt on options out there ?????

Like so many aftermarket performance enhancements, the good stuff...the cold air intake (CAI) kits that really work, are not cheap.

I asked my pals at Katech a year or so ago, what testing had they done with C6 CAIs and which ones performed best.

They told me the Zip Products Mamba and the Halltech worked really well.

I have a Mamba on my C6 and a Halltech Super Beehive on my C5. Both work well but may require aftermarket tuning to work best. The C5 Super Bee is very similar to the C6 Super Bee for LS2 C6es like your '07.

I've read good things about the Vararam.

You want the air flow to be straight when it reaches the TB, carb, or compressor. Same as anything else, air slows down going around corners.
