blower motor runs slow but works in all speeds. Auto temp control

1991 Corvette 18,000 miles. Air blows cold but not fast enough to cool car on a 60 degree sunny day!
I have the auto temp control. Barely blows on 1 and slightly better on 10. Should I replace the blower
motor control module? Car in Detroit and stored inside during winter. Thanks everyone for their help.

Check the connections and ground for the blower first.
Also make sure the vents are opening properly

All vents seem to work properly with heat or air turned on. Cabin heats right up.
Connections have all been checked including the blower motor control module.

It has fault flow charts like below to diagnose faults

Ok will find a manual. They actually have one at the library downtown Detroit.
